Thanks to its nature, the island of Cyprus is home to a total of 1900 different plant species. Among these plants, there are 120 plant species that enhance the natural beauty and diversity of Northern Cyprus. However, 19 species endemic to the island and found only in this region, such as ‘Brossica Hilarionis’, ‘Dianthus Cyprius’, and ‘Silene Fraudatrix’, add great richness to the island’s plant diversity.
