When developing in an area intertwined with nature and integrating our design into a specific location, we carry the responsibility of making the best use of that location.

Our project is located in Küçük Erenköy, on a very special plot that sits right on the edge of a cliff with an incredible 270-degree wide angle view of the sea. When you first step onto the site, you don’t just see a distant sea view – you feel as if you’re in or on the sea itself. In none of our projects to date has the feeling of blueness been so profound.

The 8 exclusive villas in the front facade are situated on the edge of the rocky cliff, creating an illusion of floating above the sea when viewed from a distance. While appearing as single-story bungalows from the private road at the back, the bedroom floors actually lie beneath the living areas and pool at road level. The roof terrace provides the finishing touch with its 360-degree sea and mountain views, while 3 en-suite bedrooms with built-in wardrobes open onto a love garden in front of the sea, offering spectacular sea views both from inside and outside.

The second row, consisting of 5 duplex villas, takes advantage of the site’s natural levels and is positioned at the roof terrace level of the first row, providing uninterrupted sea views just like the front row. The enclosed garage and spacious utility room in the basement open to the internal private road in front and the sunken garden within the complex, providing natural light and ventilation. While the ground floor living areas open onto a beautiful garden with a pool, the 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor offer sea and mountain views from every angle.

In the third row of 2 apartment blocks, there are 8 duplex garden apartments with two bedrooms and a double-height living-dining-kitchen area. All apartments open onto a private garden in front of the living areas. In the same two blocks, 4 special penthouse apartments with 3 bedrooms and large private roof terraces for each apartment offer spectacular sea and mountain views. There is a green area with numerous parking spaces at the entrance side of both apartment blocks.

The rear part of the project is situated at an elevated position with wide-angle sea views overlooking a mountain pass on the western side and magnificent sunset views over the sea. Two apartment blocks comprising 4 garden apartments with 3+1 layout and 8 duplex penthouses with 2+1 layout come with roof terraces as standard for all penthouse units.

On the eastern facade, there are 5 apartment blocks, each containing 6 garden apartments with 1+1 layout and 6 duplex units with 2+1 layout. While roof terraces again provide the finishing touch to the duplex penthouses, a total of 60 apartments surround the basement levels of a shared pool, gym, spa, and indoor pool with sunken garden providing light and ventilation to all areas. All apartments face northeast with pool and sea views.

A Restaurant offering gourmet menus with a magnificent terrace famous for its spectacular year-round sunsets is located adjacent to the project site. Additionally, there are numerous other restaurants within 1 km of the complex, all offering diverse cuisines from around the world.
